This unique program is created specifically for our youngest artists. Young children have amazing abilities to create, view, interpret, and appreciate art. The significant part of this program is dedicated to developing children’s fine motor skills and creativity.They will learn basic art concepts and techniques, such as line, shape, color, space, texture, form, and value.

LEVEL 2

Suitable for age 7 – 11

The central goal for young artists is to gain a strong foundation in drawing and painting. They will learn principals of composition, space, colors, shapes, proportions, forms and texture. Wide range of techniques are introduced in both, dry and wet media, such as pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, chalk, oil pastel, water color, ink, markers, acrylic, and oil paint. Students will have  an opportunity for self-expression by using imaginative thinking for creative solutions.

LEVEL 3

Suitable for age 12 – 16

Young masters will develop the use of their senses directly. They will have the opportunity to experience a connection between the verbal and visual; logic and emotions; imagination and reality. The students are introduced to some of the artistic expressions and techniques from different cultures.  The art students will use some of these elements themselves in their own artwork.

LEVEL 4

Suitable for age 17 + – adult

Students will learn the importance of composition and rhythm in artwork. Art students learn and experience the influences of other cultures and master artists. In this class the students will enhance the use of self-expression through ideas and personal experience, and will facilitate self-discovery by using various art forms.
